• How do I become a GTS customer?

• How do I send Global Trim artwork?
Global Trim can accept artwork in the following file types:  .ai, .pdf and .eps.  Please make note that some items could require a specific file type.  When sending artwork to GTS, please either send by email (as an attachment) or by disk (please find address on contact page). 
• Do I have to specify colors on my artwork?
All artwork must accompany a legend in regards to artwork.  If needed, please use the pantone link which you can also find on the download/link tab. 
• Can I receive samples/layouts for approval before I place an order?
Most of Global Trim’s items will accompany a sample for its customers approval.  When samples are not fulfilled, GTS will then supply its customer with a layout approval form for its approval/content.  For those items that require a mold/set-up charge, Global Trim will notify its customers of this charge before any sampling takes place. 
• Where does Global Trim have manufacturing facilities?

• What kind of products does Global Trim manufacture?

• What is the price of an item?
As each item is a customized item at GTS, it is difficult to give an accurate price to a customer without some specific information.  (i.e. quantity, location needs, and shipping charges).  Please contact Global Trim’s sales department for a quote on any product. 
• How do I place an order?
Customers can either send an order in by email (gts@globaltrim.com) or fax to 714.998.4884.  If a general purchase order form is needed, please click GTS Customer P.O. link which can be found on the download/link tab.
• How do I get on terms with Global Trim?
All customers desiring net 30 terms must complete a credit application form.  Please find this GTS Credit Application form on the download/link tab and then please fax to 714.998.4884.
• Where is my order?
Global Trim tracks all orders from start to finish so it is easy for its customers to know what the status of their orders are on a daily basis.  Customers can either contact their account executive or account coordinator for this type of information. 
• What is my AWB #?
Orders shipped out by Global Trim will have a courier account AWB #. Order picked up by the customer will not.  For this type of information, contact your account executive or account coordinator.
• How do I apply for a job at Global Trim?
